Thimblette disco

The drinks are flowing and the music is pumping....

The hot one in pink has been trying to pull all night. She's already chatted to a few yellows and one of the oranges, but no score so far (thimblettes are more racist that you'd think). The yellow number two in the middle has been dancing wildly non-stop, but no one's impressed... the carpeted floor means he can't pull his favorite breakdancing moves, and he's a bit fat. Overall, though, everyone seems to be enjoying themselves!

Harry Millar: Haha! Not growing up with Dr Who, I had to look 'dalek' up in the dictionary! Thanks for the comment Nigel! H.

Great fun shot. Love the archive and the sense of adventure. Sorry to hear that you missed out on daleks... you've got some catching up to do.
Harry Millar: Thanks for the comment Catalpa! I'll be reading up on my Dr Who-isms....

This is really inventive. Great colours and story to go with it!
Ingrid
Harry Millar: Thanks Ingrid - one of those rare "experiments gone right".

the lighting here is what makes this shot, along with colours. good stuff
Harry Millar: Thank you - it was fun doing it, but quite hard work! That said, I think I might try some more like this. H.

aahh! harrt's world-its good to see some of it every now and then. Awesome shot and the colours are so vivid but i gooto wonder why you'd have a couple of thimbles and felt lying arounf your house?
Harry Millar: I'll have you know, I'm reliably informed that thimbles are made of metal - these are strictly thimblettes, and why I have a bunch of them lying around my house is none of your business! The "felt" is a common bath towel - being a galaxy hitchhiker yourself, you should know to never go anywhere without one! H.

Hey Harry, this is a superb shot! Well done! also like the humour - goes a long way in my book.
There is something about the colours and lighting that really set this off. 10/10
p.s. Watch out for the red one back left. He's been known to spike peoples drinks, & nick their fags wink
Harry Millar: Ha! Thanks for the tip Sheeplover (great name! hehe). Yeah, this was a real experiment for me, and I think, judging by the response, I'm going to try a few more like this. Next Monday is a pic from the same "session", but a totally different subject, namely me!
By the way, I'm going to be in your neck of the woods next weekend for the RWC semi final in Cardiff - should be good! Cheers, H.
